Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Return requests submitted more than 14 days after the delivery date may not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, free of odors, stains, pet hair, or signs of wear, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that have been opened, worn, used, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective item.

If we provide a prepaid return shipping label for a customer-responsible return, the cost of the label may be deducted from the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We are not responsible for returns that are lost, damaged, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address by the return carrier. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damage or defect claims must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery. We reserve the right to deny claims if the item has been opened, used, worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or if the issue is not reported promptly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom, personalized, made-to-order, or special-order items, perishable goods, digital products or downloadable files, gift cards, final sale, clearance, or sale items, items that have been opened, worn, used, washed, altered, installed, applied, damaged, or are not in original/resellable condition, and items returned without prior approval.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
